Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

AstroVeena sells one paid service, the Premium Jyotish Report, ordered at app.astroveena.com. It is a PDF document prepared by our Jyotish team from the birth details and questions you submit. No physical goods are shipped, so there is no shipping address, shipping fee or courier tracking.

Free tools and free PDF reports on astroveena.com are available instantly on screen and are not covered by this policy.

2. How it is delivered

• By email: we email the report to the address on your AstroVeena account.
• In your account: the report is kept on your order page at app.astroveena.com, where you can download it again whenever you need it.

Please make sure the email address on your account is correct and check your spam or promotions folder if the email does not arrive.

3. When it is delivered

We deliver your report within two working days of your payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, in India Standard Time (IST), and public holidays we observe are not counted. The report is due by 23:59 IST on the second working day after the day you pay.

Your order page shows the exact due date, with any holiday already allowed for, as soon as your payment is confirmed. Work begins after the five-hour cancellation window described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. If your report is late or does not arrive

If you have not received your report by its due date, first check your account and your spam folder, then email support@astroveena.com with your order number. If we do not deliver your report, you are entitled to a full refund, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
