Why moonrise matters
This observance is associated with evening worship and the Moon. A time for Delhi should not be reused in another city. Sankashti and Vinayaka Chaturthi
Sankashti belongs to the waning fortnight, while the monthly Vinayaka Chaturthi belongs to the waxing fortnight. The annual Ganesh Chaturthi festival is another specific observance. A page that lists every fourth tithi without distinguishing these answers can send a reader to the wrong date.
